The company held the closing ceremony of the first lean training camp
On the afternoon of April 26, 2023, the company held the closing ceremony of the first Lean training camp. Chairman Yoshiyuki Shinohara, Vice President Tang Zheng and all the trainees of the training camp attended the ceremony.
This graduation ceremony includes a review of the achievements of the training camp teams, speeches by outstanding representatives, speeches by coaches, a summary and message from the deputy general manager, a summary speech by the chairman, and a group photo session.
Under the attention of the company's leadership, the first batch of lean seeds, composed of elites from various departments of the company, spent six months completing the empowerment training of lean basic concepts, tools and methodologies, theoretical tests, practical operations and lean defense, systematically enhancing everyone's understanding and practical ability of lean improvement.
Vice General Manager Tang Zheng, in his message, expressed two hopes and encouraged the improvement elites from each group present. First of all, when each team leader returns to the site, they should empower the team with the knowledge they have learned and encourage colleagues in each team to understand and participate in the improvement. Secondly, it is hoped that each team will implement lean work in a solid manner, never neglect small acts of kindness, and truly achieve the unity of knowledge and action.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Yoshiyuki Shinohara also mentioned that in this era of uncertainty, implementing lean is the most effective way for the company to enhance its innovation capabilities and core competitiveness. Each team should solidify the existing achievements during the improvement process, establish standardization and form excellent cases.
